Gila Bend Unified School District is located along Interstate 8 and Highway 85 in the Southwest portion of the state of Arizona. The town of Gila Bend is located one hour from downtown Phoenix with a population of approximately 2400 encompassing 33 square miles. Our little desert oasis is set between the Gila mountains to the West and the Maricopa Mountains to the East. The town of Gila Bend is privileged to be near the San Lucy Village on the Tohono O'Doham Reservation.
